Please give Helen a big hug from us and tell her we miss her. She will take wonderful care of you. Tell her to take you to the wonderful restarant that she took her (spicy food) and ask her about the massage. She has a wonderful lady that comes to the hotel and she is AWESOME!

It's finally here! I'll be praying for you. Enjoy your time in China. Take it all in.

Try to not revert to "American" food if you can help it. This is your daughter's culture. Enjoy.

We always tried to eat one "special" (gross) thing at each meal....jelly fish, pigeon, frog, eel, etc. It was fun! We always ordered plenty of regular food, too, but we wanted to eat what they eat.

Praying!
