I am impressed Aimee! I can't wait to try your dumplings out! It is so nice of Helen to take the time to teach you these things. Lily will love that you took the time to learn this for her...as well as everything else you both are learning. She is so blessed to get you two for parents!

Have a great day! Miss ya'll!

Much Love,

What was the filling made of? And also, was the dough kind of like bisquit dough or is it totally different? You mentioned earlier that you boiled them, so I'm wondering for how long, and how do you know when they are done? (These are such weird questions to be asking you when you are on the other side of the world doing all kinds of interesting other things.) Don't even bother to answer now, but I can't wait to find out when you get back home!
